This review is from: Greenworks 21142 10-Amp 18-Inch Electric String Trimmer which Accepts Attachments (Lawn & Patio) Customer Video Review Length:: 2:53 Mins I've had both gas and electric trimmers that worked as you might expect, with the electric trimmers being to weak to do a good job and the gas being hard to start, way loud and a general pain to maintain and keep running for more than one season. My Ryobi was doing the "runs for a couple of seconds and then quits" until I gave in and cleaned the carb and gas lines. It works ok now but is still super hard to start. This Greenworks 21142 (not 41102) seems to have the right stuff as a solution to a medium sized yard trimmer. Out of the box, I stripped the wing nut that holds the round shaft handle while UN-screwing it, what's up with that. No big deal really,just put a nut on it and it's fine. All metal shaft connector for the trimmer head, no plastic thread issue. Still says incorrect "OFF" direction on the spool head but comes off easily when turned the other way. I did some test trimming and this unit really seems to have a lot of power. Its one speed...
